Your website has no pricing info. How do I get a price list?
For a price list, please call us 718-392-7800 or use our Contact page to request one, either by using the contact form or emailing us.

How can I place an order?
For first time customers, we suggest you call us at 718-392-7800. Once you have an account with us, you may also fax in orders at 718-392-3832. For fax orders please make sure to indicate the item number, color, and length/quantity desired. You must also include your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, and purchase order number or sidemark if applicable. Credit card orders must include credit card # and expiration date.

What is your minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order, however orders that total less than $50 will be assessed a $10 small order handling fee. The only exception to this policy is for customers ordering sample books.

Do you have sample books available? Can I get samples of your items?
Decotrim has sample books available for our Imperial II and Baroque collections. Each features swatches of all available trims in each collection, color swatches showing all available colors in each collection, and high quality photos of the trim and tassel suites. Sample books are $20 each and for a limited time include a $20 voucher that may be redeemed on a future trim order. Cases of 10 sample books are available for $14/per book, but do not include vouchers. Sample books may be purchased online by clicking here.
Customers that have established terms with us are eligible for free trim samples. You may use our Sample Request page to request samples online. Other customers may obtain samples for $2.00 each plus shipping. Samples are only available for goods sold by the yard; samples are not available for piece goods such as tassels or tiebacks. If you would like to see our products online, please visit our Online Showroom, where you may view all our products in all available colors.

How long will it take to ship my order?
In stock items ordered before 3 PM eastern time will generally ship same day. The vast majority of our items are in stock. In the rare case that an item is backordered, you will be notifed. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for shipment on beaded trim orders.

Do you offer any quantity discounts?
All our item pricing has built in quantity discounts which are automatically applied when your order is processed. Additionally, all orders over $500 shipping to addresses with the continental U.S. receive free shipping.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

First time orders must be paid for with a credit card. Customers that will be purchasing $3,000.00 per year or more may apply with us for terms. Click here to download a credit application.

Do you charge tax?
All orders shipped outside of NY are not subject to sales tax. Orders shipped within NY are subject to 8.375% sales tax unless a resale certificate is provided.

What is your return policy?

  • Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery date.
  • Items not being returned due to manufacturing defect or our error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted without our return authorization.
  • No refunds - credit only.
  • Trim packages that have been opened and cut may not be returned.
  • Decotrim is not responsible for customer error in ordering.
Will you share my e-mail address or any other information with third parties?
Decotrim, Inc. firmly believes in guarding the privacy of its customers. All information submitted to Decotrim, Inc. will be held in the strictest confidence and will never shared with any third parties.
